Our two Sun Terrace Residences offer the same great features as our signature homes with the added bonus of our exclusive upper sun terraces overlooking a living gallery of curated tropical landscaping, perfect for lounging and dining. Three distinct outdoor zones guarantee everyone is comfortable. Grill on the screened sunset deck, hide away in the shade of the wrap-around verandah, or soak up the tropical rays on the sun terrace. 

Both bedrooms are King bed suites, with their own glass-shower bathrooms. Our fully equipped kitchens open to living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings and large flatscreen TV’s.

The kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel LG appliances, small appliances, cooking utensils, and even an air fryer.

Enjoy breakfast at the countertop bar, lunch at the dining table, or dinner on your private screened deck as the sun sets. The choice is yours.

Kick back on a comfortable Pottery Barn sofa, which also pulls out for additional sleeping space, or catch your favourite movie or series on the large-screen smart TV.

Each bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, patio walkout, and ensuite bathroom with clean tiling and glass showers.

The Sanctuary at Hooper’s Bay is an intimate private mini-resort with just eight residences. Hooper’s Bay Beach is within walking distance, while grocery stores and a pharmacy are only minutes away. Conveniently located midway between the airport and George Town, with each under 10 minutes away, fun, dining, shopping, and island essentials are always close by.

We understand that everyone has different temperature preferences. Our mini-split air-conditioning systems offer flexible zone control, and we also keep plush throw blankets on hand for added comfort.
